One-on-One Coaching

Every borrower we train is paired with an Elevatero–a personal business management coach–whose singular focus is to help each borrower improve their business. To begin the training process, our Elevateros use Elevate’s proprietary Business Diagnostic to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the business. Thereafter, Elevateros provide personalized training inside the borrower’s business using Elevate’s proven training methodology and content. The purpose of the Elevatero is to educate, empower and strengthen each borrower.


Borrowers have access to “Partidos”—group workshops with 20-30 other local business operators who convene at an central hub—where they receive in-depth training to solidify important concepts like financial record-keeping, sales strategies, performance analysis, and business formalization strategies. In addition to deepening a borrower’s understanding of core business concepts, the entrepreneurs also have access to immediate networking opportunities with other local business owners.
