One-on-one Coaching

Every borrower we train is paired with an Elevatero—a personal business management coach who uses Elevate’s 59-point “Risk Diagnostic” to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the borrower’s business. Elevateros provide personalized training inside the borrower’s business. Elevateros are a support for loan officers, not a replacement.


Borrowers attend “Partidos”—group workshops with 20-25 borrowers who convene at an Elevate “Hub” and receive in-depth training from experts in sales, financial records, taxes, HR and formalization.
